Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Important: This is a working policy draft for the RevLume prototype. It must be reviewed and updated with final business, vendor, retention, and contact details before production launch.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how RevLume Technologies ("RevLume," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, disclose, and protect information through our website and declined-service recovery platform. Dealership customers may also provide separate notices governing their own collection and use of customer information.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect business contact information, account and dealership information, service-recommendation and repair-order information, customer contact details, messaging preferences and consent records, message history, appointment information, and usage or technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How information may be used

We may use information to provide and improve the platform, operate dealership-authorized service follow-up, process replies and opt-out requests, support users, maintain security, create reporting, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

4. Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers that help deliver the requested messaging service, subject to contractual limits and only as needed to provide that service. Text-message frequency varies by dealership program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

5. Service providers and required disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, communications, workflow automation, security, analytics, and support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction, subject to applicable restrictions. Mobile opt-in and consent data remain excluded from sharing for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data retention and security

We intend to retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including maintaining auditable consent and opt-out records. No security measure is perfect; we use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service stage.

7. Your choices

Message recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. A dealership or account user may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained to honor opt-outs, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, or preserve security.

8. Children

The service is intended for automotive dealerships and adult vehicle owners or authorized contacts. It is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version will show a new "Last updated" date. Material messaging-program changes may require renewed disclosure or consent.

10. Contact

Final business mailing address, privacy email, and support contact will be added before launch.
