MESSAGING PROGRAM

SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Prototype notice: Messaging is not currently active for live customers. These terms are a working draft and will be finalized for each registered dealership program before launch.

1. Program description

Participating automotive dealerships may use RevLume technology to send service-related text messages about previously declined maintenance or repairs, appointment scheduling, appointment updates, and related customer-service communications. The dealership identified on the consent page and in the messages is the sender of that dealership’s program.

2. Consent

You must provide affirmative consent through the specific dealership’s disclosed opt-in process. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Consent applies only to the identified dealership and messaging program and is not transferable to another dealership or brand.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your service needs and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP to cancel messages from the program. You may receive one confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive additional program messages unless you provide valid consent again. For help, reply HELP or contact the dealership identified in the message.

5. Supported carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Your participation is governed by the RevLume Privacy Policy and the applicable dealership privacy notice. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Changes and eligibility

The applicable dealership or RevLume may modify or discontinue a program, subject to applicable law. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and authorized to consent.

8. Contact

Program-specific help and dealership contact information will appear on the applicable dealer consent page and in HELP responses. RevLume support details will be added before production launch.
